Citizens Advice Help to Claim
Citizens Advice are pleased to announce that they are back for a 6th year providing their Help to Claim service for residents of Leicestershire.
Help to Claim is a dedicated service from Citizens Advice. Their service:
- is free, independent and confidential
- supports clients start a new Universal Credit claim through to the first full payment
- helps them identify the right support for each client through individual needs assessment
- offers interpreters where English is an additional language
- Citizens Advice trained advisers can
- check eligibility
- support with the completion of the application
- help prepare for the first JCP appointment
