Closure of the Community Centre, MUGA, Children’s Play Area, Skate Park, Outdoor Gym Equipment & Kickaround Area
The Markfield Parish Council regrets to inform you that following external advice regarding the Covid-19 Virus, the following facilities on this park are closed until further notice. This includes; the Muga, Community Centre, Children’s Play Area, Skate Park, Outdoor Gym Equipment and kick about area.
If using the open space and pathways please do follow the Government Guidance on Social Distancing. This means;
- Do not gather in groups
- Stay more than 2 metres away from others when walking
- Wash your hands, with soap and water for at least 20 seconds on your return home.
We would ask for your full support and cooperation during this difficult time and to help support efforts to tackle this pandemic.
