The Alzheimer’s Society provide a Dementia Support Service for Leicester City, County and Hospitals supporting people living with dementia, their carers and family. Our dementia support workers offer information and practical guidance to help people understand dementia, cope with everyday challenges and prepare for the future. I have attached a poster. We are also running some virtual groups on zoom.
