Temporary Traffic Regulation Order – Main Street/The Nook and Uplands Drive

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary
Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

A road closure is required on Main Street, Markfield across the junction
with The Nook and Uplands Drive on the 7th January 2024 for one day.

The work is being carried out on a Sunday to minimise disruption.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public
safety for STW and their contractors to undertake repairs to their
apparatus and the highway.

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: Forest Road, Hill
Lane, Ashby Road, Main Street, Markfield and vice versa.
