Veterans Foundation Appeal for Pilot Project
EX/FORCES PERSONNEL REQUIRED FOR A PILOT PROJECT
Do you suffer from PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, or war injuries?
We have been treating men who are sufferers of war and have found complementary therapies to be so beneficial to them. We are running a 6-week pilot treating ex/armed force personnel with complementary therapies (CAM) – particularly those suffering with mental health, PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, and injuries. Therapies such as tapping, emotional release technique, and Shiatsu will be used. Advice on diet and exercise may also be given. Participants will also take away self-help techniques such as breathing exercises and stretches. All therapies are non-invasive and carried out fully clothed by fully qualified practitioners.
The pilot is very kindly being funded by the #VeteransFoundation so there will be no cost to yourselves.
Every participate will be required to complete evaluation forms at the start, during, and at the end of the pilot so we can analyse the results. All personal information will be kept strictly private and confidential and only used for the purpose of the pilot.
All treatments will be carried out in Leicester. You will receive one treatment per week for 6 weeks. The pilot will start in the next couple of weeks.
If you would like to be considered for the pilot, or would like further information, please contact us on 07957 957433 or email .
